Responsibilities:

  • Performed Citrix Audit on multiple 6.5 farms. North America and Europe. Provided remediation recommendations on Citrix policy settings as well as GPO settings.

Additionally GPO printer settings were enabled for user RDP sessions dat worked seamlessly with the Citrix printing rules. Each location and user role was customized so when creating a new user only two Citrix groups were required to create the correct printers, assign the correct default printer and set custom printer properties for said user role. Built Citrix centralized print server for consistent user experience and stability.
  • Applied security to only power users the ability to work remotely via web interface, all standard users only had ability to login via the office VPN tunnels to the Citrix Portal.
