  • Initiated and implemented an electronic storage system for four newspapers which reduced the need for 3-4 employees in the library department, provided real-time feeds to the newspapers' web server and served as a focal point for the reporters and photographers daily assignments.
  • Designed, created and implemented an HL7 Interface Engine, Mercury to support the needs of multiple clients to interconnect with Rad, Lab, Ortho, Powerscribe, Billing and other systems. This has been in full time 24x7 use for over 17 years, still.
  • Created, developed and installed a Radiology Information System for Acute care facilities and imaging centers. This system was deployed at over 5 sites.
  • Programmed the first 911 Call Center software system for use by Berkshire County 911 Services.
  • Authored and devised the Emergency Response System for Berkshire County Ambulance. This system handles all facets of the Ambulance Company from vehicle calls, maintenance and scheduling to billing for services.
  • Developed in conjunction with Martin Marietta for the United States Navy a networked-based PC system that provided easy access to all stored reference data including images which reduced the weight of documents required to support naval vessels while at sea.
  • Transformed output for a real time automated system to convert Stenography machine data into every word indexed searchable system for use by lawyers and judges at the Federal Court System.
  • Understood the needs and incorporated the technology for one of the first “In Squad Car” computerized perpetrator lookup systems for use by the New York City Police Department.
