- Responsible for control software and HMI development for Rubber Compounding industry
- Designed, installed and started up three rubber mixer control systems. Systems were ControlLogix based with EtherNet connection.
- Designed and implemented a Carbon Black autofilling system overlaid upon existing tote conveyor system.

- Worked directly with Corporate Black Belt to analyze, design and implement a set of process improvements on each of the two lines without significant production disruption.
- Installed automated weld quality inspection system on Line 6.
- This allowed the line to run without an inspector and decreased the overall cycle time by approx. 10%.
- Completed the programming and commissioning of two, body side panel, welding cells.
- Each of the cells included at least 7 robots, 5 linear positioning controllers and 4 HMI terminals.

- Integrated Confidential Software RSBatch RecipeManager, RSSQL, Oracle and RSView to provide an adaptive recipe management system customized to the customers specific requirements.
- Specified, designed and supervised the conversion of two paper machine control systems from Confidential systems to Confidential PlantScape.
- The first conversion provided a design template for the second.
- Specified, designed and supervised implementation of fiberglass oven control system.
- This was implemented with Rockwell's DCS system, PlantScape.
- It included an interface to a customer provided, model based, advances control system.
- The success of this installation convinced the fiberglass division of the customer to standardize on PlantScape for future glass oven control.
- Developed a set of customer funded, Preliminary System Specifications for Glass Oven processes. These documents were used as bid documents by the customer and cemented all Confidential solutions to these opportunities. Confidential secured two system integration orders as a result.
- Specified, designed and implemented two additional standard control blocks in The Confidential DCS product PlantScape. These were advanced control algorithm blocks modeled on the standard PID blocks.
- The central challenge was limited access to the environment designers which necessitated a large amount of reverse engineering.
