  • Led the effort to consolidated 19 small US AVAYA call center locations into three massive US call center locations. The tested and POC system was able to deliver the calls to the most available agent regardless of location. The technology used was Avaya best-service route (BSR)
  • Upgrade legacy Avaya/Lucent telephony systems from V4 to V10. Work with Avaya/Lucent to have all of the systems upgraded to the current available software. This would allow new features to be made available to TFS including multi-site routing
  • Connected their five Avaya PBX telephone systems directories together with Avaya “green features”. This allowed the remote Avaya PBX’s to pull the directory of the remote PBX. Users spread across the multiple campus look-up to allow easier access
