Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate support for all server, workstations, applications, printers, network, and website databases and html pages for all 54 employees as well as 300+ website customers.
• Purchase/Install/Support all hardware and software utilized in the environment from the Firewall to the desktops and printers.
• Provide constant support for all NEMSIS 3 EMS data files sent for billing purposes to Confidential, as well as previous versions of NEMSIS from various ePCR software.

• Upgraded all Windows 7 laptops and workstations from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (Created Acronis True Image Disc, pushed out updates through GPO, and manually changed a few individual settings - completed 55 workstations and 17 laptops in one weekend)
• Images tested multiple times on Lenovo and Dell workstations, images adjusted for subtle differences in hardware platforms, Office 2016 products verified working, and all internet/intranet applications worked as expected.
• Upgraded Windows Server 2003 & Also moved all pizza boxes to a Hyper V configuration with a centralized Virtual Array at the same time. 12 servers in all with a cloud based backup and disaster recovery scheme utilizing Storagecraft and Datto hardware/software.
