Familiar in engineering (Logic Implementation, Mimic Creation, Database generation) on ALSPA P320 DCS (Series6) of ALSTOM.
Reviewing & Pre-check of DCS Panel with GA, IA & BOM, perform internal loop testing of IO Modules from DCS & report preparation as per Alstom standard.
Preparation & Review of I/O List, Open Loop Controls (OLCS) and Closed loop controls (CLCS),Control Valves and Flow Elements. Etc.
Preparation & Review of Technical Specifications/Data-Sheet for Field Instruments, DCS, PLC, VMS, Control Valves, CCTV etc.
Control Room Layout Design, Control Panel Engineering, Preparation of Cable Schedule and Interconnection
Experienced in Conceptual design, preparation of Functional design specification, Graphics design Loops/Logics implementation, MIS implementation and Documentation Management.
Knowledge of Smart Instrumentation, Hart, Field bus and other advancements in I&C Engineering.
Design, Engineering and Commissioning of Distributed Control Systems.
