- Implemented a Standard Backup rotation, this consisted of two auto loaders and one server. One Auto loader was an Overland LoaderXpress with SDLT 320 tapes for a non-critical server. The other was an Overland ArcVault 12 LTO4 tapes for a critical server. Each autoloader ran a GFS backup rotation of Full backups on Fridays and Differential backups Monday - Thrusday. This ensured a 4-week tape rotation with 12-month full backup rotation.
- Implemented a Standardized Name Convention for all Networked Printers and Copiers in security groups added to VB login scripts automatically mapped to users needing access to particular printers.
- Maintained 200+ camera security system running on a HP Blade with 6/BL 360 servers with 96/500 GB. The system recordings used LORONIX software. Provided daily support for these servers and the security team as needed.
- Migrated 600+ desktops and laptops from a Windows NT domain to a Windows 2000 domain.
