Responsible for end - to-end delivery of corporate solutions to internal customers. Working with Business Units, Application and other Infrastructure Services teams. Delivery of an infrastructure solution that is technically sound, resilient to failure, operationally supportable, and meets the requirements of the business. Delivery of the infrastructure solution includes a variety of skills including infrastructure architecture hands-on build-out and configuration of the infrastructure, as well as project technical lead ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on-time. A high degree of collaboration with other IS teams is required to provide right level of agility within a defined delivery process. The senior windows engineer exhibits strong leadership skills, forward thinking, and is self-motivated. Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership for project based assignments
• Working with cross-functional project teams to design and implement highly available solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge in the following technologies: Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2008 R2, Internet Information Server IIS, ESX, SQL Server, .Net.
• Interaction with QA, DEV and deployment team for applications.
• Providing technical documentation to project and Operations teams as part of project deliverables.

Job Related Experience:

• Interacting with customers and appropriate representatives to analyze, validate, specify, verify, document and manage the requirements.
• Enterprise-class Infrastructure/System Engineering with Microsoft platforms running on Intel servers utilizing directly attached and SAN attached storage.
• Designing, implementing and managing the following technologies: Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2008 R2, Internet Information Server IIS, ESX, SQL Server 2012, SCCM, SCOM, SCORCH.
• Configure and use SCCM for distribution of applications, patches and installations on server environment with automated deployments.
• Implementation of hosted and stand-alone application solutions using nTier standards.
• Design and implementation of High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Scripting experience Batch, WMI, VBScript, and PowerShell .
• Willingness and capability of quickly learning new technologies required for accomplishing project goals.
• High quality operational documentation, including Visio diagrams, high-level descriptions of the environment, as well as detailed instructions outlining the steps required to repeat the build-out and configuration of the infrastructure.
