Responsible for all software testing coordination for the Air Force Automated Business Services System ABSS program including test planning, scripting and execution, defect management, performance measurement and reporting. Documentation duties included creation of the Software Test Plan, Software Test Reports and administration of an in-house test management database. Successfully managed a four person test team responsible for integration and regression testing and developed and coordinated IOC and GAT testing processes with responsible outside parties. The position also accepted responsibility for project scheduling and weekly maintenance of the schedule. Assumed help desk duties as needed and assisted in user support of the ABSS application. System Administrator / Software Testing Tools

Initially employed to evaluate the use of Mercury Interactive's software testing tools, Mercury Quality Center, QuickTest Pro and LoadRunner, providing software testing support through manual and automated script creation and execution. Effectively served as Systems Analyst/Web Designer for the Air Force Technical Order Catalog website utilizing Cold Fusion Server, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Access to fulfill the mission. Developed a CD-ROM version of the website, using Visual Basic for offline use in the field. Also maintained and produced a sanitized foreign military version for use overseas.
