- Manage the development and deployment of Adobe Admin Console. Responsibilities include performing license management and user management. Download pre-configured packages and Creative Cloud apps used for end-user deployments. Assign licenses to users and groups. Create, search, update, and remove user accounts, which entitle the end users to Adobe products and services.
- Provide customer service support to Confidential information security officers to remediate all vulnerability findings promptly. - Manage the development and deployment of Ivanti Security Control using the industry's best practices for IT infrastructure platforms and operating systems. Ivanti Security Control's implementation ensured that 98.8% of all Windows clients could now receive critical security patches reliably and consistently. The implementation of Ivanti Security Controls resulted in Confidential becoming one of the most compliant Institutes & Centers (IC) within the National Institutes of Health ( Confidential ).
- Manage System Center Configuration Manager 2012 R2 environment using the industry’s best practices for IT infrastructure platforms and operating systems. Responsibilities include monitoring applications for managed users and systems, deploying and managing the Configuration Manager clients, managing operating-system deployment strategy, identifying and configure distribution methods, and managing software packages used for deployments.
- Implemented SCCM Internet-Based Client Management (IBCM) in the DMZ and deployed PKI certificate to all machines that will be accessing the server over the internet. This implementation provides Confidential the ability to manage all Windows clients over the internet. Confidential became one of the first (IC’s) to implement this technology. This implementation resulted in us providing written and live training to other IC’s engineering teams on implementation strategies.
- Implemented System Center Configuration Manager - Operating System Deployment (OSD) to build and customize Windows 10 x 64bit version (1607-1909), Server 2019 Datacenter, Server 2016 (1607) and Server 2012 “R2”. Implementation of this solution resulted in the standardization of Confidential operating systems and support for all Lenovo, Sony, Dell, and HP computing hardware, along with VMware ESX virtual servers and workstations at Confidential .
- Developed and deployed McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10 using Windows Server 2012 R2 to manage McAfee Endpoint Security Platform 10.6 and McAfee Endpoint Security Threat Prevention 10.6.1 for over 150 servers and 2000 + Windows and Linux workstations. This implementation resulted in Confidential meeting the standard requirement for anti-virus protection mandated by HHS.
- Implemented the strategy to deploy Microsoft Office 2016 to all Confidential Microsoft Windows operating systems. Developed an automated procedure to silently remove all previous versions of Microsoft office and replace them with Office 2016 (semi-annual) channel. This project resulted in 100% of Confidential ’s windows operating system meeting the Microsoft Office upgrade requirement mandated by Confidential management.

- Developed and deployed SCCM 2012 using Windows 2012 R2 with the integration of AdminStudio and System Center Update Publisher for patch management of all production Windows servers and workstations. Designed the project plan to migrate from SCCM 2007 R3 to SCCM 2012 R2 to provide more customization and features for managing Confidential windows endpoint. This implementation resulted in the consolidation of two system center environments into one environment.
- The new design/consolidation and implementation cut down on Confidential licensing cost incurred by supporting two System Center Configuration Manager environments.
- Conducted research and developed a business case to integrate Shavlik with SCCM 2012 for third party application patching. Patch applications consist of Java, Adobe Flash, Shockwave, Reader, Acrobat, Quicktime, iTunes, Notepad ++ etc.) Implementation resulted in consolidating all Microsoft security updates with third party security patch into one deployment one deployment package. Implementation saved Confidential 10K by eliminating utilization of other third-party deployment tools.
- Developed and deployed a SCCM Health Check scripts using GPO to resolve known problems with SCCM configurations and environmental problems.
