Responsibilities:

Standing up new AWS Organization level and linked account level platforms in both the Commercial space and the GovCloud space from scratch.
Provisioning the customers with federated or IAM access to those accounts.
Designing and deploying new greenfield cloud deployments in both hybrid and pure cloud environments, and deploying a wide range of AWS cloud services including:
Managing existing brownfield deployments that have been designed and deployed and then inherited by Confidential .
These duties include a well-architected evaluation to determine if AWS best practices are in place and what changes if any need to be made to ensure that the cloud environment is sound and reliable. Also included are the daily operations of these environments and tier 3 and 4 break-fix support.
My overall role as a cloud architect, systems engineer, and operations specialist requires a well-rounded expertise in various cloud concepts and services. Every day I work with end-user customers to aid in the design and deployment of AWS cloud environments as well as operations engineering to provide support for both on-premise datacenters as well as pure AWS cloud-based environments using both IAM and federated access to those AWS platforms.
I have experience with hosting back-end web solutions using Apache, PHP, SFTP, Linux and Windows machines, with load balancing front ends and full disaster recovery features using both native AWS tools as well as 3rd party tools.
