- As an independent contractor, I worked with several mid-sized to large clients, completing projects within their server and networking infrastructures. Specifically, I have project managed and executed Windows server and workstation upgrades, managed and integrated Apple devices in Windows environments, provided day to day support, managed vendors, and even did some scripting and workflow automation to improve systems. Hyper-V, and VMware ESX were used extensively in these environments. Here are a list of some of my completed projects.
- WSP - Installed new Windows Server 2012 R2 servers Physical HP Proliant DL, ML servers, and virtual servers and decommissioned Windows Servers for a global engineering firm, in their local and remote offices throughout the US, while also managing the existing servers in their New York City Office. I also created scripts that improved Windows Update processes, new server builds, Active Directory clean up, and image deployments. Used SCCM 2012 to monitor servers, deploy apps, and provide reporting. Configured NetAPP SANS, and LUNS. Administrated CA ArcServe tape backups
- GX Clarke - Created a Windows Deployment workflow for a securities trading firm in Jersey City, that capitalized on MDT/ADK/WDS in Server 2012 R2. Also implemented AD Federated Services to improve compliance with national dictates regarding financial infrastructures.
- CTS Completed a contract for a small MSP that managed the server installs, upgrades, and decommissions for several charter schools in NYC. This involved installed DC's, transitioning roles, creating Powershell scripts to automate processes, etc. I setup proper management of hundred of Macs, iPads, and Desktops for three charter schools located in Brooklyn and Manhattan
- LF USA - Integrated a small retail firm into the Active Directory forest of a much larger, global retail chain. This involved strategically integrating over 4000 Mac desktops/laptops into an existing Server 2008 R2 environment, while making sure that an extremely tight deadline was met.

- As a system engineer for High Peaks, LLC, I completed several projects for medium to large size clients. In addition to improving and maintaining infrastructures, I also provided training to junior staff, documented processes and procedures, and provided white-glove support to our business clients. Utilized SCCM 2012 to deploy apps and images, as well as provide reporting on mobile devices, managed NetAPP SANS and file shares CIFS, NFS, iSCSI and various Backup Suites.
- Littleton Joyce My largest project to date, which was moving users over from a Windows 2003 Terminal Services environment to Windows 2008 with Citrix XenDesktop 5.5 and 5.6. In addition to building the Citrix server farm, deploying it to all five offices across the nation, I also built the RSA SecureID integration. Documentation and desktop support were also provided by me. Legal Applications like WorkSite were also supported by me, and integrated in the upgraded virtual environment.
- Pitta Giblin Provided desktop engineering support, as well as oversaw a forklift upgrade project for this law firm. The upgrade involved building and deploying new Windows 7 computers, upgrading servers from Windows 2003 to 2008, creating and running PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, etc.
- Schlessinger, Gannon, Lazaterra Managed a forklift upgrade project for this firm, as well as provided desktop engineering services. I upgraded all theirs PCs to Windows 7, upgraded and consolidated Windows servers from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, provided training on the use of World Docs, documented procedures, and improved the infrastructure.
- Tonio Burgos and Associates Supported their Exchange 2003 environment, provided desktop engineering support as well as system engineering services. Upgraded their domain controllers, managed their mobile device management software, as well as documented procedures.

- As the system engineer for Buzz Media, it was my job to ensure that the desk side and server side infrastructure were upgraded from a patchwork of different equipment to a standardized work flow. - Citibank - Was the team lead for several server and desktop upgrades, and migrations. This involved mentoring junior staff, working with Windows Server 2003/2008 ADK/MDT/WDS, and Microsoft SCCM 2007 to build, update, and push images for several thousand PCs and Servers, as well as ensure 100 uptime once upgrade projects were complete.
