- Modify Landmark Business classes per customer requirements using Configuration Console
- Created Design Studio screens for AP Business Owners that will warn when processors attempt to tie capital projects to non-capital invoices. This process created a proactive approach and eliminated the need for AP managers to review invoices for accuracy.
- Review production environment Landmark configurations and ProcessFlows to ensure maximum system efficiency is achieved. In one instance reduced an “Annual Review Reminder” ProcessFlow run time from several hours down to less than 10 minutes.

- Developed Rich Client Inbasket Configurations using Configuration Console. Configurations included creating custom Inbaskets and modifying/removing Inbasket fields.

This process included a six step “wizard” using COBOL, Design Studio, Windows modal screens and ProcessFlows to process up to 5000 records at a time.
- Developed a customized escalation process for work unit approvers. This enabled unapproved Inbasket actions to advance to the next approver level in the HR Supervisor structure every 48 hours until acted on.
