Managed team responsible for monitoring of Unix, Windows, and Network environments.
Responsible for the migration to several BMC products including BPPM, ENTUITY, and ADDM software. Worked extensively with the Network and Operations command centers during the successful migration to these products.

Led the project that replaced Confidential ’s in-house authorization system running on the Series/1 hardware platform with the Tandem based Base 24 software.
Interfaced with the IBM systems programmers to configure the IBM operating system, VTAM, and CICS interfaces to the Tandem; worked with ACI staff to configure the Base 24 application software; wrote the Tandem on-line monitoring procedures and provided training for the Tandem support staff.

Provided technical support for the Tandem systems, this included operating system support, application software support, capacity management, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning. The Tandem systems were the central nodes of a Point of Sale network connecting all the stores to the credit card and check authorizers, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. The Tandem also connected the stores to a central IBM mainframe for the central collection of all store sales data and for a super express credit application.
Was technical lead on the team that replaced an NCR based platform with a Tandem hardware platform. Coordinated the efforts of multiple outside contractors including Tandem, CACI, LPA, and Gemini to build the new system which was completed on time and under budget.
