MSODS is Microsoft's cloud based Active Directory Service. This service is the foundation of Office 365 and many other Microsoft Cloud services. As a member of this team, I perform operations support for the server infrastructure that comprises the MSODS Active Directory service. Working with SCOM, SyTX, Gomez and other monitoring tools we provide tier two and three level support. Working with network engineers, feature teams, developers and other service owners to keep the many components that make up the Microsoft Online Directory Service functioning and healthy. Our Operations Team provide support to all global datacenters in both active and passive roles.
