• GMS Grants Management System - Designed/coded/implemented GMS to process flow through dollars to the Local Education Authorities school administrative units/districts/schools/etc. as sub-grantees, replacing an antiquated DOS/paper based forms process. The system drastically reduced processing time, increased accuracy and greatly improved perceptions of the DoE. GMS processes over 100 Million yearly in Federal and State grants to the LEAs. • ESS Education Statistics System - Redesigned ESS survey, which originally was a custom vendor survey/input system written in traditional ASP and VB6.
