PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

  • Enterprise Direct Billing is a complex system that supports the billing activities for the Voluntary business such as select small business. Also supports the construction, boiler machinery, bond etc. involuntary business such as workers compensation.
  • The Commercial Lines Direct Billing process begins when the agent requests that a policy be billed directly to the insured. Agents can request for direct billing with specifying the need for doing so. This can be for either new business or account renewal order.
  • A menu driven screen navigation helps the end-users to traverse through screens, to complete their business. The information is formatted in to the account level and policy level for the benefit of users. Users can look at very specific piece of information, like either premium, commission etc., depending on their need.
  • DBS batch process updates the policy and account tracers, Policy key data, reinstatement process, paid equity processing DBS database depending upon the input data. Various reports are generated from this batch cycle.
