Set up MAC Filtering on the Routers for customers, conducted Pings and Traceroutes for No internet connectivity, configured Interfaces on switches creating VLAN Databases and Access Points for correct SSID, and changed WEP keys configuring translation patterns and setting up.

Green lights are a go and red means down which we received an alarm and began troubleshooting and sent the Help Desk an email advising that the issue was being resolved.
