Responsibilities:

  • Functioned as Integration and Data Systems Advisor for the Confidential /Baystar Capital ETEMPthane Cracker project. Project consisted of a 2 Billion dollar capital project located in Port, Arthur Texas. Unit designed to produce 1,000,000 metric tons of 99.9% polymer grade ethylene per year. As Advisor, me led a mulit-discipline migration team in the integration of (All) document, data and drawing systems informatin from projects feed through unit implementation and startup. Projects data and related information was integrated into enterprise engineering, business, operational and maintenance platforms. Additionally, me functioned as compliance support/oversight as change coordinator, me designed and implemented custom MOC and PSSR application database solutions designed to meet the dynamic and challenging needs of commissioning and startup project phases (100 users). As Systems Advisor me also provided support and oversight for ETEMPthane Cracker projects tasks register. The register was utilized in extensive KPI tracking of principal project related activities (me.e. Construction, Pre-Comm, Comm, SAT, FAT, Punch management, PSSR and Dossier AOC Certs).
