  • Projects management related to JDE ERP System(documentation, setup, ticketing, time allocation, daily updates, ROI and tracking through MKS change management system);
  • Daily & Periodic Maintenance and Production Users support(69 licenses) of 2 AS/400 Systems;

  • Distribution, Balance & Financial Reporting: Showcase Vista, Crystal Reports, Dream Writer, World Writer, Query/400, SQL/400, Windows ODBC setup; iSeries programming: Batch, Interactive and Subfiles programming (using RPG/RPGIV/RPGLE/RPGSQL to customize old and create new interface programs, accessing JDE data);
