Conducted Active Directory security audits using Event Sentry, CSA and other applications. I was tier 3 support for IPT/VOIP, AD, Exchange, VMware and GPO's deployments. I have installed and configured Prognosis and Clarus for VOIP monitoring and Event Sentry and TNT for Windows System monitoring. For each design, implementation and deployment, documentation and support material has been created and turned over to Tier 1/2 support.
