Currently, I am a contractor for CMS Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services . I am the second shift manager for the XOC Analysts Exchange Operations Center . I was responsible for connectivity, application monitoring, website monitoring, and network configuration for the bank throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
