Primary role in the successful 2003 Hurricane Isabel disaster recovery of customers Virginia Beach, VA office. Successfully restored servers including Windows 2000, Windows NT and desktops bringing customers business online in a backup location.
Primary Role in World Trade Center disaster recovery 2001 for customer site located 1 block from ground zero. Recovered data, equipment, tapes and relocated over 150 users to a second existing NYC office. Installed secondary Cisco switches, configured and installed new workstations, desks, cabling. Purchased supplies, equipment and cabling. Performed restores, moved data, reconfigured servers. Attended daily disaster recovery meetings with executive staff planning and reporting on progress. Planned and performed move back to original location months after.
