- I am an IT leader who, over the course of 15 years of professional experience, has discovered that while innovation is great, my stakeholders have found better value in my renovation of technology. Without question, I have a long and proven track record at creating complete, streamlined, and customer-driven technology experiences, each and every stop along the way. I relish the opportunity to use my business process management skills, hands-on IT skills, and people skills to constantly increase the effectiveness or efficiency of a given process.
- Speaking of BPM skills, wherever possible, I have been personally committed to relaxing the culture of control within traditional enterprise system management. I am currently promoting my philosophy regarding the Consumerization of the IT enterprise . Using my BPM experience, a mastery level of knowledge regarding the products I am implementing, and the stated business/operational/security goals of my stakeholders, I have been able to create a model that has allowed for simpler internal documentation, increased automation, lessened the time to deploy, a noticeable improvement in ease-of-use, and a measurable decrease in the total cost of ownership. All this while ensuring that my users experience all of our services regardless of Windows, iOS, OS X, Android, or Linux.

- Leveraged JAMF Casper Suite to streamline and optimize system management of OS X and iOS devices. This allowed management processes to be disseminated more easily.
- Implemented Box Sync to provide synchronous storage, independent of OS or location Saved money and increased ease of use versus traditional file server farm.
- Solved BYOD issue and moved away from centralized file storage by integrating CrashPlanProE which ran on existing hardware, stretched backup/restore services to desktop, and reduced help-desk calls. Automated with API use.
