Implemented Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager to automate business workflows and create interoperability and data sharing from traditionally separate systems. Worked with developers using claims-based authentication to federate custom cloud applications using Azure and on premise active directory. This drastically reduced repeat work performed in individual systems. I created PowerShell tools to report on the health of system to permanent support staff.
Created master Windows images for each department complete with applications, printers, and network resources needed dramatically reducing new employee setup time from 1 day to 1 hour while increasing business agility.
