  • Created, maintained and supported HL7 standard message interfaces in the following applications and EMR systems:
  • Provided user software support on all EMR systems. Created and maintained user account security on the GE/Centricity and the Epic EMR systems. Supported vendor interface applications on 3M, Elekta / Mosaiq, Muse and RALS systems.

Key Projects:

  • Converted the Cloverleaf IE from version 5.3 to 5.8.3. This project also included the migration of interfaces from a Datagate IE to the new Cloverleaf 5.8.3. Project team included another IT interface colleague.
  • Cloverleaf Interface Engine Conversion Project
  • Implemented the Epic EMR system for external Glens Falls Hospital AMS clinics. Project team included representatives from the AMS clinics and the Epic vendor.

  • Implemented 3 system scheduling interface between the GE/Centricity, Epic and Mosaiq systems. Project team included representatives of the Oncology department, GE, Epic and Elekta vendors and Dell consultants.

  • The project began as a search for a new system to replace the PlantStar system in Molding. The team interviewed several vendors before deciding on MoldFlow. The team developed interfaces from MAXCIM to MoldFlow and the reverse with the help of MoldFlow programmers on the project team.

  • Project to implement Oracle as the ERP system to replace MAXCIM. Project team included representatives of all areas of the business and Colibri consultants.
  • Collaborated with IT colleagues and the consultants to determine data for migration to Oracle.
  • Created programs to extract data from the ERP system based on the requirements defined.
  • Worked with the team to develop and implement transition plans.
  • Project objective required creation of a new program to produce labels for component parts listed on the Bulk Pick report for a specific date. Was an Industrial Engineering initiative to streamline the pick and delivery of work order components to manufacturing.
  • Designed and created the new program and the required documentation.
  • The program moved the storage of parts to the warehouse. This saved floor space as well as allowing manufacturing floor labor to be used for value added tasks.
  • Reviewed MoldFlow import and export options. The goal was to set up the data files to be imported / exported to minimize the changes required to the interface processes used for PlantStar.
  • Modifed the interfaces to import end-of-shift production data from the MoldFlow to MAXCIM and export new work orders from MAXCIM into MoldFlow.
