  • Remote site voice designs, project pricing, and providing proposals to the business
  • Technical lead for Cisco voice implementations and migrations
  • Provide escalated technical support for Cisco voice incidents
  • Cisco IP telephony and video infrastructure:
  • Cisco IP Telephony systems (CUCM 10.5)
  • Voice Mail and integration with other IT messaging systems (Unity and Unity Connection)
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
  • 2Ring Wallboard
  • Cisco Workforce Management (AQM)
  • Cisco Video Conferencing technologies support
  • Telecommunications Circuit Ordering and turn - up support
  • Own and/or contribute to Infrastructure projects to ensure a smooth transition into the live environment, deliver on time and to budget, integration of acquired companies, new site installations, introduction of new applications or development of Infrastructure services
  • Play a key support role in ensuring that services remain cost-efficient, reliable, stable, scalable and secure
  • Be the point of escalation for incidents
  • Ensure service performance meets or exceeds business expectations and is delivered in accordance with SLAs
  • Work closely with the global infrastructure architectural staff and other IT units to identify technology that could benefit the business.
  • Communicate service outages and changes to the business effectively (through Service Desk)
  • Make recommendations to IT management on direction and utilization of technologies.
  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent Cisco voice experience in an enterprise technical environment
  • Enterprise customer experience with implementing and supporting Cisco IP Telephony systems
  • Production configuration and operational experience with Cisco converged voice and data routers
  • Cisco CCNP Voice certification preferred
  • Awareness of IT support processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management)
  • Aability to coordinate technical activities/projects and ensue internal and external resources are aligned to finalize required task
