Lead team member on the code promotion teams soft copy, tool support for multiple clients. Lead on mainframe and distributed platforms for all code that is moving to production. Duties also include tool support for Endevor, Rational Library Services, and a customer developed tool called APC that was created in 1989. The APC tool is unsupported by a vendor, and requires knowledge of technical areas in multiple areas. Also for the customer Belk developed processes and documentation for their customized Change management process..

  • Accomplished in minimal time a process to correct outstanding issues for problem determination and work with the DB2 administrators in their training of the tool. Provide lead support for 24 X 7 coverage for all related issues to APC for tool support.
  • Tandem and Dec support for State Street bank for program code promotion.
