In my workplace and educational background I have experience in the workplace setting up and troubleshooting issues with Office 2013, 2010 and 2007. Specifically I have worked in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio. This ranges from setting up add-ons or macros, to creating a full powerpoint presentation from slides to presenter notes.

I worked with multiple versions of Windows for both the server side of the network and the workstation side where the end users will be interacting with the system. I have knowledge of the following Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems: 2012, 2008 R2 and 2003. For Windows Workstation Operating Systems I am familiar with 8, 7, Vista and XP.
Virtualization
I have researched, budgeted, purchased and installed on multiple VMWare deployments. I have worked with VMWare Vsphere and VCenter 5.0, 5.1 and 5.5. I also have experience working with Virtualbox to set up test operating system environments to see how they interacted with our network.
PC Technician
I have taken classes to prepare me for my A Certification but have yet to complete my certification. I have rolled out numerous workstations in my current position, both when doing a single machine from scratch, or imaging and deploying the image to 20 computers in a batch. Hobbies
I enjoy being with family, especially my three young daughters ages 6, 4 and 6 months. While I am not with them I enjoy playing basketball, playing video games, reading and working on computers.
