Led Information Security Operations Center (ISOC), monitored the network to detect intrusions, viruses, improper/illegal computer usage, analyzed logged data, ran forensic investigations, processed computers for reuse (wiping and controlling data) and assisted users with VPN access and restricted email, as well as answered any concerns they may have had (phishing emails etc.)
