- Responsible for the design and development of an international technology procurement application which provides the ability to process requisitions using a work flow model driven by project and dollars. Transactions included cell phones, blackberry devices, calling cards, consulting services and general technology hardware software and leasing. This application required the use of multiple currencies and exchange rates with the ability to display the currency of choice on demand. The application provides user definable tax and amortization rules and many other user modifiable options based on the country of origin. - Design and developed an Time Overhead Allocation tracking system which allowed business units within the organization to allocate time to various initiatives. This information was then passed to an Oracle database via DECS.

- Provided new Lotus Notes (4.6.4) developers and administrators direction in creating policy and procedures for development and staging environments. This resulted in the creation of two servers used outside of production. The first was a development server that was used exclusively for database development. The second was a staging server used for testing of a completed application and migration to production. Access to this server was restricted to users testing applications. Provided ongoing enhancements and support for company-wide Knowledge Management System.
- Developed new WEB based (Domino) front-end using framing. This was accomplished through the use of embedded HTML, Navigator templates, View templates and web documents. Core forms were shared between WEB based and Notes clients. In most cases only Navigators were duplicated.
- Altered design approach to use dynamic addressing versus hard-coded addressing.
- Developed procedures (LotusScript) for the migration of Knowledge Assets from previous versions of the application.

- Developed mail-in database which processed WEB based email containing resume attachments by using conversion routines written in LotusScript calling MS-Word view CreateObject routines. Once converted these resumes were forward on to the companies Resumix recruiting application. This application was capable of returning resumes to the sender if not one of the acceptable formats. Also added extensive error handling which would notify Administrators of any fatal errors.

- Developed corporate-wide requisitions workflow application. Lotus Notes database provided for on-line searching of catalog or special items. Based on items and pricing workflow, a path was determined for required approvals. The application tracked budget vs actual and would not allow the creation of a requisition where project budgets had been reached (override available at senior management levels).
