My most challenging position thus far. This is a NT 4.0, Windows 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Lotus Notes, SQL SERVER environment. I was part of a small team in a very busy environment in a call center atmosphere. I support VOD , Video on Demand, for Comcast worldwide. This position put all my skills to the test. From Desktop Support Engineering, to system wide network support. I troubleshoot Media Clusters and Command Centers. Seachange invented Raid squared, which enables up to 8 servers with 24 300gb drives to act as one server Each mpg. Is written to all drives thus being able to stream live from the Media Cluster to the customers home. There is just too much to list.

I perform site surveys and install/support Wireless networks for Medical Practice offices throughout Massachusetts and New Jersey. I install the WAP with 128-bit encryption and along with a WEP generated key.
