Professional Experience Confidential Servicing the Boeing Account System Administrator Current responsibilities: Primary system administrator for Wintel/NetBackup issues, troubleshooting and special configurations. Work closely with the Boeing administrators of NetBackup, including direct contact with Symantec Support. Mentor and support other teammates in my various areas of competency. Produce documentation for both end users and other system administrators. Prior responsibilities: Processed support requests for SLA based Break/Fix issues and Service Requests from a remote environment.
