The Teleport program is an ACAT 1 level program that supplied communications for troops deployed OCONUS to existing equipment in CONUS locations through several different modems, routers, and phone systems. As a test engineer for Teleport, some of the responsibilities included authoring the Test Charter and portions of the TEMP. Additionally, formed and lead five different working groups (WG) between the government, test members, and JITC for planning and schedule mitigation. Lead for development of the test portion of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to include figuring out durations, predecessors, and successors. Performed data analysis on the test results to determine pass/fail status of the requirements.

The Confidential program is a short range missile defense program that is currently deployed in the war zones to protect the military from insurgent attacks. The program was originally baselined on a Solaris platform and was later rehosted on a Windows platform. On this program, lead of six Confidential engineers responsible for tasking, coordination of departments, and employee appraisals. Additionally, one of the main responsibilities was to integrate the system with the other external systems (FAAD, AFATDS, C2PC, TASS, and FBCB2). This entailed working knowledge and operational experience on all the external systems as well. Provided support to multiple test events (C-RAM and JUICE) and demonstrations with government, generals, and potential clients. Created detailed program reports in ClearQuest as well as follow on testing of the fixed reports to include creating test steps and results. Point of contact for the operational test threads and procedures that are used in the war zones. Trained users and soldiers on the two different baseline systems.

The GMD system is the ballistic missile defense system being developed to protect CONUS from a hostile attack originally known as BMC3. In this task, lead for the directive manager component that is responsible for the message passing internally within the system. Design, developed, and maintained the baseline for the Directive Manager code. Preparation of the Design Walk Through (DWT) and Code Walk Through (CWT) packages and presentation of those materials. Development and creation of the GFC message set that requires knowledge of all GFC/C interfaces as well as Variable Message Format (VMF). Knowledge of ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 4 policies.

Test and Evaluation Analyst

The same program as above, however as a test engineer responsible for the design of the layout and development of the forms in FileMaker Pro. Created several PPs for the test team in conjunction with Quality Assurance that became policy. In charge of the layout of the overall hierarchy for the data archival of Test Data Files (TDF) and updating the working HTML structure on the web for audits. Representative lead for the Engineering Control Board working to determine the status and disposition of the Trouble Reports (TRs). Worked with a team to update the Software Testing Training material.
