Created a new program to convert the new fields on outbound and invoice database.
• MATRICS System Option Controls COBOL MATRICS MAterial TRracking and Inventory Control System contains many options of operation. Shifting the use of 'User Space' for static system option values to the new database approach. The database approach will involve seven databases, most are master files and can not be updated by the user. Created two new sub-programs to acquire option setting and 5 new screen programs to inquiry the master file data, inquiry/update for user maintainable data.
• Damage Analysis System COBOL Inventory reported as damaged when received, as well as inventory that was damaged during storage Part of stock locator . This information is collected and locally reported on a monthly basis. It is then transmitted to General Foods mainframe system that will report the financial impact of the damages. Created two new Pop-up windows screen and program for receiving damage reason codes and fout new screen and program to maintain the reason codes used for reporting damage receiving and internal moves , order fill shortages substitution, allocation and shortages and late arrival/departure times for transportation.

• Voucher Information System RPG Personal details are maintained for all employees on Database DDS . Each employee can avail several allowances Fixed conveyance, Medical, Telephone, Servants wages, Book, etc. . There is a yearly limit for each employee and for each allowance. Transactions are in the form of a voucher. At end of the year a statement is generated which will indicate unveiled allowances for each employee. Nine RPG programs, four CL programs, six screen using SDA, Six Physical file, Ten Logical files and six Reports using RLU.
