• Worked on a server refresh and deployment. Replaced 12 physical servers with 2 physical servers with 4 VMware servers that were mirrored between the 2 physical. Servers were replicated to a virtual server at the offsite data center.
• Utilized Azure remote backup and recovery solution for in-house servers. Off-site data center was used as disaster recovery, all users would automatically be able to VPN into DR site.
• Moved email from local office to data center. All web servers were moved to Rackspace, this was to prevent any incoming ports from the public. This upgraded security for the network.
