Served as primary Application Analyst for the implementation and support of the OB Department electronic documentation system, Obix. Duties: workflow analysis, design, and implementation of Obix documentation at two WakeMed facilities. Responsible for maintenance and technical support, including monitoring ADT HL7 interfaces, merging patient medical records as needed, assisting with testing of ADT system changes that affect Obix, managing customization requests, coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing software upgrades as needed.
