Responsibilities:- Promoted into Interactive Services - position includes all processes as a Central Systems Technician as well as maintaining the DNCS and VOD platforms. Training at the Cisco facility in Atlanta was completed in July of 2012 for the DNCS platform. The DNCS is the heart of all the STB’s within Cox Communications utilizing both Rovi and Trio boxes. - Went from a staff of 6 to a staff of 9 remote field technicians, ranging from CT., to N.C, Ocean City, MD to Keyser WV.
- Was involved in the installation of another ad insertion company and the removal of the current gear.
