  • In Lyndhurst, New Jersey we closed down our office to consolidate locations that housed our credit and collections, contracts, marketing, trainers, and information technology staff for a total of about 100 employees. To accommodate the move to locations in Burlington, New Jersey and Jamesburg, New Jersey I built nine new Mitel call flows to upper management specifications, set up all phones, programmed all agents and provided IP phones to the employees going to Jamesburg so they could login remotely along with registering them for E911 service(November 2010).
  • Converted over 80 dispatch agents which took 5,000 calls a day from an Aspect solution that our parent company hosted over to a Mitel solution located in our Burlington, New Jersey office. This included me setting up 20 new call flows to upper management specifications, traveling to Gardena, California and Chicago, Illinois to set up their IP phones, programming all IP phones. This allowed for total IP calling to agents located within our company because the Aspect solutions was calling over the PSTN to both Gardena and Chicago and us no longer having to pay the monthly costs for the hosted solution(January 2011).
