• Streamline Sub product Transfer process to improve the employee / customer experience and minimize risk.

• TOE Doubt of Collectability
• Fraud Operations is undergoing an initiative to improve the customer experience, further mitigate risk, and become more efficient. Analysis has done to identify hold and remove alerts that are going to customers and related issues.

• This is to decommission an old independent lending application with the mainstream application. Involved in analysis, data mapping and creation of new database and changing programs to use new database when certain conditions met.
