- Provide tier 2/3 technical support services to OCC’s (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) enterprise environment including installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and/or maintaining desktop and portable computer hardware, software and peripherals.
- Assist various departments in the OCC with finding solutions to widespread technical issues in regards to hardware or software on workstations.
- Utilize SCCM (System Center Confirguration Manger) and Wise Pacakge Studio to create and/or test application packages for OCC workstations and servers. Document creation of packages and document test results of deploying application packages to workstations and/or servers.
- Create collections, custom reports and advertisements with SCCM to support various areas of the OCC.
- Ensure SCCM client health on workstations by upgrading, repairing and troubleshooting problems associated with the client.

- Provide technical support to Prince George’s County enterprise environment of over 5000 client’s via phone, remote assistance and/or onsite to install, upgrade and maintain desktop and portable computer hardware, software, printers and peripherals.
- Use BMC Remedy to create/enter all pertinent client information. Resolve all assigned tickets in a timely manner to meet service level agreements (SLA). Document the solution or status of the client’s issue and follow up if necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
