Responsibilities:- Providing support of the Confidential CM, Modular Messaging and Avaya Conferencing in a Hub and Spoke set up across the US and 5 INTL sites. Also, doing everyday moves, adds and changes and working with other site contacts to accomplish the tasks.
- Provided day-to-day telecommunications support for Avaya Hub and Spoke operation, for various client facilities in US and Europe. The phone system is connected via MPLS Network using SIP Trunking.
