  • Designed and migrated the PeopleSoft Application from Sun legacy systems to the new Oracle’s Sparc Enterprise T Series with Solaris Zones/Logical Domain and Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) with 10 GigE, ASM (Automatic Storage Management), Advanced Compression and Advanced Security, Oracle 11i database, F5 hardware load balancers. This solution was successfully implemented and provided faster performance, high availability and saved the State several million dollars each year in hardware maintenance and support costs.
  • Another key solution was Georgia’s WebMethods Application, which I designed, implemented and migrated their legacy Sun systems to an IBM xSeries platform utilized VMWare infrastructure for hosting Linux Systems. This is State of Georgia’s key middleware application that communicates with multiple departments such as police, court, DMV, hospitals and others.
