  • Managed physical to virtual server migration from a Connecticut data center in order to physically move the new hardware to a newer data center in New York.
  • Implemented the new VMware cluster (2 hosts & 1 replication server) in the New York Data Center.

This comprehensive contact center solution marketed to BT’s largest enterprise business customers was comprised of over 20,000 users distributed worldwide with data centers in Hong Kong, Paris, New York, London, & Docklands in the UK which were fully redundant as well as tightly integrated with multiple global voice networks which handled routing calls to agents who had to be accessible anywhere on the planet.
  • Provided guidance in the design of, and responsibility for the implementation and final sign off on corporate policy relating to securing and locking down administrative access to server farms located on US Soil. This mandatory action was required by the Department of Homeland Security in order to comply with Federal guidelines to secure US based telecommunications systems from being compromised by terroristic activity in the event of the an official notice of heightened threat level code.
