Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for correcting external reports sent to the system IAD with the EARS (Exploitation and reporting structure) documentation. Communicated with various external commands and agencies with any questions or concerns about any reports sent. Ensured the integrity of the interface between the system and MAWS (MIDB Address Web Service).
