Network Administrator and Tech Center Kiosk Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support all Confidential LAN’s and WAN’s which consists of over 2500 users, and over 200 Windows 2003 servers and 50 VMware servers with 99% uptime in 5 years
  • Serve as the Network Team’s Microsoft Exchange Server Admin; Led the Exchange 2003 Migration Project moving 1000 users and 4 servers from Exchange 3 successfully with no business downtime to users; Technical Lead in the Exchange 2010 Project. This project to transition over 2500 mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 is currently 90% complete
  • Installed, configured and tested Exchange 2007 on the Confidential - Spectacor domain; After 3 months of testing, made the recommendation to move straight to Exchange 2010 from 2003 and bypass Exchange 2007
  • Provide direct technical support to the Chairman and Founder of Confidential -Spectacor and his Personal Assistant
  • Manage the part-time Confidential -Spectacor Kiosk Event Staff; Responsible for hiring, managing and submitting payroll for part time technical staff working all Confidential Center events
