Responsibilities:
- Provide various support to Confidential ’s Operations, Network, and Streetlights department
- create, edit, and update documents using Microsoft Word; use SAP to reconcile invoices and credit card purchases for Operations and Network departments; enter time and expense reports in SAP for the 17 crew members in Network and 18 crew members in Operations; light local office IT support

Program Support/Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provided administrative support for: the Vice President, TB Control and four other staff members at the Confidential ; the Vice President of Psychology at the Confidential ; and the Director of Program Management at the Confidential Systems;
- functioned as coordinator for Confidential Consultation service; received requests for Confidential consultations from Confidential local health districts; determining the urgency of consultations; set up and preparation for the Live Meeting online by posting appropriate patient information to the website, coordinating meeting date and time with all involved parties, and if necessary train the person or persons on how to use Live Meeting;

- dispatched crews to jobsites; kept track of the three crews working out of our office, including working hours and job specifics; made sure that the crews left in a timely fashion and got as much work done as possible at the job site; scheduled the new contracts for installation; input all contracts received in our office;
