Requisitions Assistant/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provides clerical services to assist the Administrative Officer, Division Director and Service Chief English Division, South Sudan Project with the following work
- Within the Confidential financial system, Momentum.
- Sets up and maintains contractor and vendor files. Receives and reviews invoices for accuracy, checks funds available on individual orders, and prepares the invoices for the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) and Administrative Office (AO) signatures.
- Daily delivery of documents to the Finance Office, Human Resources Office and other offices within the IBB as needed.
- Works with AO, Division Managers, employees and contractors to put together supply orders, distribute the supplies and stock the several supply cabinets in the Division.
- Assists AO in preparing travel grants and reimbursement; as well as in updating and informing managers of budget status.
- Budget out and obligate funding for contractor pay.
- Prepare requests for office rent and other expenses for our overseas stringers, for our contracts office to make contracts.
- Communicate daily with managers, contracting officers, and contractors.
