2009 - 2010 Confidential, Augusta, ME - Dispatch Operator
I was recently employed with TWC as a Dispatch Operator. A few of my duties there included: ensuring Technicians are routed properly to customers’ homes, creation of work orders that gave detailed information concerning a Service Call or Install, as well as assisting technicians in troubleshooting issues with TWC equipment or customers personal equipment. TWC has a high call volume and I have prided myself in the ability to keep my call stats low and averaged 145 incoming calls or more a shift, while placing an average of 170 outbound calls to technicians and/or customers.
2007 - 2008 Confidential Waterville, ME - Owner
I was able to own my own Internet Service Provider Company which was a great privilege. I was in charge of billing (AR & AP), payroll, Technical Support, Sales and Customer Service. There were few employees, so I was in charge of all of these positions and still had to do all the jobs required of an employee. I gained extensive knowledge in Quick Books while owning this company. I also handled Insurance policies for the employees, and typed letters to Customers when and if needed for Collections purposes, as well as doing advanced troubleshooting with PCs in person and over the phone.

I worked as a Technical Support Rep. for the first 2 years working on personal computers in the office and assisting customers with troubleshooting Internet related problems over the phone. I have advanced working knowledge with all Windows Operating Systems and Macintosh OS 9.0 thru OSX. For the last 2 years I was the Office Manager, which I handled bookkeeping, AP & AR, Human Resources, as well as Sales for the Web hosting and Dial up company; all while still assisting with Customer Service calls, and troubleshooting customers PCs in person and over the phone. *Jack of all trades*
