Desktop Support Intern

  • Image over 100 laptops weekly, effectively in order to have machines ready for use resulting in steady available inventory.
  • Troubleshoot 15+ technical incidents for both remote and onsite employees daily. Diagnose issues with laptops, PCs, desk phones, and printers as well as replace/swap out equipment following specific processes and guidelines to ensure tasks are completed consistently and efficiently.
  • Configure devices to include standard activities such as adding removing devices to active directory, installing applications through SCCM and configuring end user profile and reimaging if needed.
  • Respond to user inquiries and requests via case tracking system, telephone, and email professionally and with speed, accuracy and proficiency. Participate in projects and initiatives as directed by the Service Desk Manager.
